back_wall_after_deconstructionLike peeling back an onion. Yes as we have undertaken the deconstruction of the damaged rear part of our buildings in Mayne Street, a woven history has revealed itself in many ways. The rear gable wall has a character to behold from the old foundation stones through masonry work and up to the timber framed high pitched gable. The timber cladding is a myriad of changes and stories of this building’s life.

The profile and silhouette provide another dimension of brick fireplaces, chimney and the roof lines, combining in presenting the structure in a different light.
