History Outcomes for Early Stage One to Stage Three
The Gulgong Holtermann Museum has teaching units which address the History Outcomes for Early Stage One to Stage Three. Please contact the Museum to obtain a copy of these units. The Museum personnel can then plan activities to address the outcomes and learning needs of the students.
School groups wanting a focus other than History are welcome to contact the Museum for information on how personnel can assist, e.g. photography excursions.

Engaging interactive touchscreen activities
Interactive activities have been installed on the Museum touchscreens. The activities are designed to engage children, so that they better understand the displays and learn about life on the goldfields. These student focused activities are of educational value to both families and school groups. The activities were created by the Museum Education Team. Activities include puzzles and animated educational games. Funding for these interactive activities was sourced from the 2021/23 NSW Heritage Grants Program.
